We are hosting a free Community Wellness Event open to the community- all bodies, all backgrounds. For this event, we are happy to introduce Angelica Lopez from Mitra Healing Centered Yoga. If you are local to Western Mass, come out and join us. These events will take place the fourth Sunday of every month, now through October, at 10a.m-12p.m. Location is Van Horn Park, 494 Armory St, Springfield, MA. “When we are well as individuals, we can move toward being well as a community.” Bring a mat if you have one, if not then no worries, we will have extras! We hope to see you there!
