Patrick Downey

My name is Patrick , I am the founder and President of Guiding Light Recovery Inc. 501(c)(3). This is my 2nd non-profit. I am the co-founder and former Executive Director of Hopeful Outreach of Cape Cod. I have spent many years working in mobile crisis intervention and substance abuse. My main goal is always person-centered first, then harm reduction. Wrap-around services is the key.

I am a certified Peer specialist, CARC, Certified Peer and Recovery Coach Supervisor, studying for my Bs in Psychology.
