Mosaic Municipal Training and Technical Assistance (TTA)

The Mosaic Municipal Training and Technical Assistance (Muni TTA) program, an initiative of RIZE Massachusetts Foundation, is dedicated to ensuring that every municipality in Massachusetts is empowered to use opioid settlement funds effectively, equitably, and with maximum impact. We recognize that cities and towns are on the front lines of the opioid crisis, but their capacity to manage these critical funds varies. Mosaic Muni TTA exists to bridge that gap. We provide the expertise, resources, and hands-on support local leaders need to turn funding into life-saving community solutions.
