The Texas Harm Reduction Alliance Support harm reduction organizations employing both full-time, salaried staff and contractor in outreach or advisory roles, offering guidance on practical decisions like accommodations, benefits, leave policies, management practices, and direct payments for contracted work. Coaching can include hands-on problem-solving, strategies for culture change, and individualized support for managers.
