Harm reduction programs and clients face ongoing threats from law enforcement in many areas of the country. Additionally, programs and clients increasingly fear action by federal immigration officers. This webinar will provide an overview of relevant laws, including the legal rights that apply to individuals and organizations, together with suggestions for maximizing the safety of harm reduction program clients, staff, and volunteers.
