Join MVPASAP and community members to place PURPLE lawn flags to represent those who lost their lives to overdose in 2025. Every flag, ever life, never forgotten. Together, we remember. Together we heal.
Afterwards, please stay and support our fundraiser at the Irish Cottage in Methuen for some amazing apps and food. 20% of bills will be donated to MVPASAP Scholarship fund. 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m
MVPASAP is hosting a fundraiser to send SADD – Students Against Destructive Decisions to a day of fun and excitement. SADD students are dedicated to empowering youth to make positive decisions and prevent destructive behaviors such as underage drinking, drug use, and impaired driving. $26 sponsors one student. Circle of Hope is a group that supports each other without judgement, offers a safe place to discuss and where the focus in on yourself and how to navigate through the pain of addiction. MOAR’s Northeast Massachusetts Policy Forum on Wednesday, May 13th, from 11:30 – 2:00PM at the Bridge Recovery Center (Malden).
This important event will bring together members of the recovery community and allies to explore key policies in the Massachusetts legislature that impact recovery efforts. Topics will include automated sealing of CORI records, Fair Taxation on Alcohol, OUD education in schools, Treatment Not Incarceration, and other critical initiatives shaping the future of recovery in our state.
